Most industrial machinery on Australian sites is European. We read the original German documentation, identify the correct part numbers from the manufacturer's catalogue, and deal directly with the German supplier in their own language and time zone. When the part is no longer available, we reverse engineer it locally instead.

- Identify the correct original part number from the manufacturer's own material
- Contact the German supplier directly, in German, and negotiate the order
- Interpret DIN, VDI, VDE and EN standards referenced in the documentation
- Translate operating and maintenance instructions into usable English
- Part identification report, translated extracts, and availability, lead time and pricing confirmed in writing
